We meet every Thursday at the CPC, and our instructor is Caroline Clay.  The only equipment you need to bring is a sturdy exercise mat. You are welcome to join us at any time, no previous experience is necessary as full instruction is given. There is a session fee of €30 which is divided between the members attending, you only pay for the classes you attend.

Body and Core Control is a non-aerobic exercise method that focusses on improving our flexibility, co-ordination and balance, as well as strengthening and toning the muscles, especially those around the core. It is a slow, controlled, whole body workout. Our own bodyweight creates the resistance and we learn how to control our movements with a better understanding of how the body works. Efficient breathing techniques are encouraged to ensure that we use our breath wisely, which will also help to reduce stress in general.

Body and Core Control incorporates functional movement patterns that will make everyday life easier and leave you feeling as if you have had a whole body massage, inside and out.
